Function Room Hire

We have a number of function spaces to cater to your needs

Room Hire:     

Upstairs Function Room: Saturday Evening $300.00;

Friday Evening $200.00

                                             Day or weeknight hire $150.00

Downstairs whole restaurant - $500

Downstairs Bar and Lounge Area– Evenings $150.00

Fireplace Area - $150

• To confirm a booking the room hire amount is required to be paid within 7 days

NB: The room hire fee is transferable to an alternate date but non-refundable.

NB: Table scatter is not permitted.

Upstairs Room Features:

• Full service bar stocking extensive range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, dance floor and covered patio.
• Room hire includes provision of staff, cleaning after the function, in-ceiling data projector (photo slide shows, music clips etc), use of sound system playing into the main room.
• Use of the in-house dance floor speaker system and lighting - $100.00 (compatible to Ipod’s, laptops.)
• We have a number of DJs familiar with the venue and are happy to supply contact details
• Own arrangements (DJ, band etc) No extra charge if they are using their own equipment.
• There are 2 sound systems upstairs the general room is included in the general room hire.

Downstairs Room Features:

• Full service bar, lounge seating, pool table, dance floor area, TV screen

Fireplace area Features:

• Semi-private space for dining or smaller standing functions.

 

Catering:         Platters (finger food for approximately  20 people)

$20.00 – Dips and woodfired flat breads

$45.00 – spring rolls, dim sims, wedges and samosas with dipping sauces (~20pcs each + wedges)

$65.00 – Antipasto (Marinated vegetables, feta, olives, sliced cold meats etc)

$65.00 – Selection of cheeses, dried fruits and crackers

$45.00 – Mushroom Arancini

$15.00 – Wood fired pizza bread (garlic or margherita) 8 pcs

Platters (finger food for approximately 30 people)

$55.00 – Mini Quiches, Pies & sauces

$70.00 – Cajun Chicken skewers (or $2.5 piece, minimum 30)

$60.00 – Mediterranean vegetable & tofu skewers w/balsamic (or $2 piece, minimum 30)

$45.00 – Crispy squid & chips

$45.00 – Fruit platter

$70.00 – Sushi platter: mixed sushi, pickled ginger, wasabi & soy (40pcs)

Other Canape options available in discussion with our chef

 

NO OUTSIDE CATERING IS PERMITTED AT ANYTIME

(This includes any alcohol, non-alcoholic, chips, nuts, lollies or any hot or cold food types.  Birthday cakes are permitted with prior approval).

We like everyone to have a good time.

 

Function hosts will be billed for any damage to the venue.

 

By placing a booking, the host will be held liable for any damage caused.

 

We reserve the right to refuse admission and service.
