1815 Function Room

Room Hire:

  • Upstairs Function Room: Saturday Evening $200.00; Friday Evening $150.00 Day or week night hire $100.00
  • Downstairs Bar and Lounge Area–Saturday Evenings $100.00
*Room hire includes provision of staff, cleaning after the function. Use of the in-ceiling data projector (photo slide shows, dvds, music clips etc), Use of sound system playing into the main room. *To confirm a booking the room hire amount is required to be paid. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be refund if an alternative booking is made.

Upstairs Room Features:
Full service bar stocking extensive range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, dance floor, covered patio/smoking area with eight ball table.

Downstairs Room Features:
Full service bar, lounge seating, dance floor area, wood fire.

Entertainment:

  • Upstairs ONLY - Use of the in-house dance floor speaker system and lighting $100.00 (compatible to Ipod’s, laptops and Cd format.)
  • Referral to DJ - $385.00 for five hours (laser lights, smoke machine, projected music clips, tailored music selection.
  • Own arrangements (DJ, band etc) No extra charge if they are using their own equipment.

Catering:
Platters (finger food for approximately 20 people)
  • $20.00 – Dips and woodfired flat breads
  • $40.00 – spring rolls, dim sims, wedges and samosas with dipping sauces
  • $65.00 – Antipasto (semi dried tomatoes, feta, olives, sliced cold meats etc)
  • $75.00 – Selection of cheeses, dried fruits and woodfired flatbread
  • $8.50 – Wood fired pizza bread (garlic or tomato and herb)
